Hello!
I’m Justin Bryant, Owner and Managing Broker of Bryant Realty of Indiana. For the last four years, I have successfully helped clients purchase and sell real estate. Gaining knowledge and building expertise in our markets, negotiations, and true client representation. From vacant land and first time buyers, to empty nesters and investors, there isn’t much I haven’t experienced in the world of real estate. After four years of working for another company, I decided to open Bryant Realty of Indiana for a few reasons. It gives me more freedom and control over my marketing strategies, offerings, branding, and negotiations on behalf of my clients. But most importantly, it allows me to offer my services at a fraction of the cost. Before, I would give up to half of the commission earned to the company I worked for. Now, I keep 100% (minus Uncle Sam’s cut of course.) Allowing me to pass the thousands of dollars in savings on to my clients when they need it most, navigating the most expensive real estate market we have ever seen. I graduated from Lawrence Central High School in 2017, then Ball State University with a bachelor’s in business administration, with a marketing focus in 2021. During my time in Muncie, I was involved in Greek life (Alpha Tau Omega) where I was able to spend many hours volunteering at the Boys and Girls Club, Muncie Animal Shelter, and other local non-profit organizations. I met my now wife, Abby, during freshman year, and we recently wed in October of 2024. She is a kindergarten teacher in Lawrence Township Schools where she loves helping the little ones grow both academically and socially. We enjoy spending our time trying new restaurants, going to concerts with family and friends, and taking our two dachshunds, Georgie and Ozzy, to their favorite parks.
